Senior DevOps Engineer – Automation Lead(5652)

Location: Rehovot Area

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead automation efforts within our Infrastructure team. The position involves taking over from a key team member who was a knowledge hub. The work is primarily on-premises, with a strong focus on Python scripting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

-Develop and maintain automation scripts and processes (CI/CD, Deployment, Monitoring).

-Manage configuration infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and more.

-Build internal tools and automate workflows using Python and BASH scripting.

Collaborate closely with development teams.

Monitor system performance, improve availability and overall system efficiency.

*What We’re Looking For:*

-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.

-Strong scripting and automation skills in Python.

-Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.

-Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and cluster management (Kubernetes).

-Familiarity with AI/ML model development and deployment processes is a plus.

-Solid understanding of infrastructure, systems, security, and databases.

-High self-learning ability, independent work style, and out-of-the-box thinking.

-Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
