8fig is a growth platform designed to empower eCommerce brands with cutting-edge cash flow planning technology and continuous, uncapped capital. Founded by supply chain experts, our data-driven, customer-obsessed team is on a mission to democratize online retail and help eCommerce sellers scale to 8-figure revenues.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech, AI/ Adtech /Growth to lead the development and launch of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience , with expertise in media buying, data-driven marketing strategies, marketing funnels, and ad bidding processes across both web and mobile .

Key Responsibilities:

Own and optimize 8fig's core AI-driven decision-making models, risk assessment, and credit algorithms to drive business growth.
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and user acquisition strategies to shape the product roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products.
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and media teams to enhance marketing funnels and build data-driven acquisition strategies.
Work closely with data scientists and analysts to drive A/B testing, experimentation, and AI-driven product optimizations.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data.

Requirements

3-5 years of product management experience in Adtech.
Experience working with data-intensive products and machine learning models.
Strong understanding of content marketing, marketing funnels, and ad bidding strategies.
Hands-on experience with media buying processes (nice to have, not mandatory).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience selling products on Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar platforms.
Strong public speaking skills, including confidence and stage presence.
