About the Role:
As a member of our global FP&A team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budget control, and supporting business decision-making processes. The role involves working closely with managers and multiple stakeholders both in Israel and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Analyze variances between budget and actuals and provide recommendations
Develop reports and analysis tools for business needs
Provide ongoing financial support for departments and projects
Build financial models and support strategic decision-making
Collect, analyze, and present financial data to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering – required
2–4 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis – experience in a global company is a strong advantage
Excellent Excel skills – mandatory
Experience working with ERP systems – NetSuite is a plus
High level of English – mandatory
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to clearly communicate financial data
