Job Description

· Lead experienced development teams in our Tel Aviv office, enabling collaboration with teams and stakeholders, primarily in Austria and Poland.

· Ensure successful alignment of multiple Tel Aviv teams operations with Austrian processes and values, fostering a cohesive and unified organizational culture across regions. Representing the Tel Aviv office locally while aligning to the OneAgent leadership team based in Austria.

· Set up your teams for future success and help them grow by recruiting the right talents through dedicated local efforts.

· Help overcome organizational challenges and drive positive change within your teams and across the organization.

· Inspire and empower your teams through mentorship, career guidance, and leading by example.

· Live, support, and develop Dynatrace values and culture, translating vision into the competencies of the office and driving innovation.

Qualifications

· Leadership experience with development teams in an agile software environment.

· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

· Experience in leading leaders.

· Proven track record of building a culture that encourages autonomy, innovation, teamwork, productivity, and a healthy work-life balance.
