We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land, and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications

We are looking for a System Engineer to join the Airborne Electro-Optical Systems Division
The team is responsible for the development and integration of cutting-edge DIRCM (Directional Infrared Countermeasure) technologies into airborne platforms

The job is located in Rehovot

Responsibilities

Define system requirements and manage requirement traceability
Lead technical development reviews and performance analysis
Drive integration and testing activities with internal development teams and external customers
Promote development and integration processes independently in a matrix work environment across multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or relevant engineering discipline (advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the development or system engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems Proven experience leading engineering processes with matrix interfaces
Experience with electro-optical systems (advantage)
Familiarity with airborne military systems (advantage)
Willingness to travel abroad
