Delivery Manager New

Redel's Demo Account is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the timely and efficient delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all teams are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables, while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and innovation. The Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the delivery teams, ensuring that all requirements are met to the highest standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery management or similar roles.
Proven track record of managing successful project deliveries with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple project delivery teams ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate project status, expectations, and deliverables.
Implement and promote agile methodologies to advance project efficiency and team collaboration.
Identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery, ensuring proactive management of potential obstacles.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to facilitate continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
Ensure effective resource allocation and management to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
