AI Project Coordinator, Customer Support

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team member to help manage and improve our AI chatbot and AI agents. You'll maintain the chatbot, enhance autoflows and prompts, monitor performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, optimized experience for both users and agents.Requirements:1+ years experience with chatbot tools and AI prompting (Forethought is a plus)Experience working with APIs to retrieve and store data; otherwise, a strong ability to learn and adapt to working with APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and data-drivenComfortable in fast-paced, tech-focused environmentsStrong organizational and collaboration skillsProactive, curious, and driven by ownership and improvementTeam player with a collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with Zendesk admin features and support ops is a plusAt Fiverr, we’re not about checklists.
