Back End Engineer (Java)

We're looking for a passionate Senior Java/Kotlin Developer to help us revolutionize our high-performance solutions. You'll be working alongside talented backend and frontend developers and QA specialists in an environment that thrives on continuous learning and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services in Java/Kotlin, focusing on performance and scalability.
Implement distributed caching strategies and optimize performance bottlenecks.
Work with real-time data processing frameworks to build event-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with other system components.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements:

BSc Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
3+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring framework.
Hands-on experience with real-time data processing, event-driven architectures, or streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka) – an advantage.
Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with distributed caching solutions (e.g., Hazelcast – an advantage).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) – a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
