About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic user-centric Content Writer to join our Product-Design team. As a sole Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the microcopy across our system, developing technical documents, managing the Help Center, and curating release notes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our products are self-explanatory, user-friendly, and inviting, alongside assisting R&D teams in crafting clear and concise documentation for technical aspects of the product.

Responsibilities
Craft clear and concise microcopy for various touchpoints within the system.
Assist R&D teams in crafting comprehensive and clear documentation for technical aspects of the product.
Curate and maintain content for the Help Center, ensuring it's informative and accessible to all users.
Take charge of creating engaging release notes that effectively communicate new features and advantages of our products.
Provide support to various teams within the organization, offering your expertise in writing for different tasks as needed.
Proactively initiate and drive projects independently, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
Cultivate a deep understanding of complex technical developments to communicate them effectively.
Requirements
English native speaker
Professional UX and technical writing experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
