Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manual quality assurance processes.- Develop and implementment results.- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues.- Analyze software specifications and create test plans and test cases.- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with company standards.- Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.- Train and mentor junior manual QA team members.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manual testing.- Report to the upper management on the progress and quality metrics .Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual quality assurance.- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and techniques.- In-depth understanding of software Web, AI, SaaS development life cycle and testing phases.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.- Proficient in using industry-standard QA tools and software.Skills: - Manual testing- Quality assurance- Test case development- Test plan creation- Defect tracking- Problem-solving- Analytical skills- Communication skills- Leadership skills- Mentoring and training Must speak Russian
