We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment processes end-to-end.

The role will entail:

Drive the end-to-end recruiting processes for our growing departments
Collaborate closely with and act as a trusted advisor in all Talent Acquisition matters to both new and experienced hiring managers
Maintain consistent traffic across our pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals and developing creative strategies to source and attract top talent
Experience with Sourcing - Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies to recruit top talent for each role
Proactively search for talents using various recruiting methods to attract and engage potential candidates
Work closely with managers to determine talent needs and processes for their teams

Requirements:

BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent - MUST
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing in an organization - MUST
5+ years of experience utilizing recruitment and sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter- MUST
Solid understanding of technical roles and the technology industry- MUST
A strong experience with HR interviews, reference calls and negotiation - MUST
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - MUST
Working with high-level management hiring managers and stakeholders
Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
