We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!Do you want to join the party?RESPONSIBILITIESManage the A/PProcessing paymentsConducting daily banking activities and Bank reconciliation, Credit card reconciliationRecord and reconcile GL financial transactionsPlay a Key role in the monthly close process including preparation of cut-off journal entries, account reconciliations and related analyses for balance sheet and income statement accountsMonthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities (social security, VAT, etc).Accruals, Prepayment, Account Receivable, Account PayableManage end-to-end payroll processes for the Israel site – 80 employees.Managing payroll, updating new employees, terminations, leave-161, pension, vacation, military, monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT (PCN), Tax, Social Security and reports 126 and 856)The main focal point for employees and external stakeholders for payroll-related queriesREQUIREMENTS2+ Years of experience in bookkeeping from tech companiesBookkeeping Certificate Type 2/3 and Payroll Accountant CertificationGood knowledge of working with Excel sheets.High Level of English.Fast learning capabilities, including proven experience in learning to adjust to new finance systems.Good analytical capabilities, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; high accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Experience with NetSuite – An advantageExperience with Michpal – An advantageTeam player with excellent interpersonal relations, independent work capability, and learning abilityAbility to work with tight deadlinesHighly organized and reliable with strong attention to details#LI-Onsite
