About the Role:

Guide the supply chain activities and related supporting processes according to the route-to-market of the assigned Country in consistency with the Group/ Area/ Region operations master plan, fostering Service level and balancing cost-to-serve via cross-functional integration along the whole Planning-to-Delivery cycle

Main Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Control
Lead the demand planning process within the S&OP cycle at the country level.
Aggregate and validate regional demand inputs to ensure accurate forecasting.

Supply Planning
Ensure product availability across the country’s supply network.
Optimize stock levels and freshness while meeting commercial and operational needs.

Customer Service
Act as the main point of contact for customer service across the order-to-cash process.
Own and improve service levels, from master data to final delivery.

Logistics & Inventory Management
Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, customs, and inventory control.
Ensure smooth operations and compliance across all logistics activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with regional procurement to ensure logistics service availability.
Manage documentation processes to support service level targets.
Define and manage the supply chain budget, minimizing variances.

Who we are looking for:

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment – at least 3 years.
Experience in team management.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication in English and Hebrew.
