We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Operations & Employee Experience Team Lead to join us for a temporary role. This position is ideal for someone with strong operational instincts, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in organizational operations and employee experience.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
Minimum of 5 years in operations, employee experience, or managing similar logistical environments.
Proven experience in budget management, vendor relations, and leading end-to-end operational processes.
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a get-things-done approach.
Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Office tools and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of office operations, including facilities, infrastructure, vendors, contracts, safety, and maintenance.
Managing the operations & employee experience team, including our Office Manager and the Employee Experience team.
Owning and guiding the wellbeing & employee experience strategy across the company, ensuring alignment with company values and creating meaningful moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
Managing annual budgets and operational planning for both office and wellbeing functions.
Creating and improving operational workflows and processes, both short- and long-term.
Collaborating closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive cross-company operational initiatives.
Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to the team.
