We’re currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join a strategic enterprise project. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-system environment that combines deep technical expertise with architectural vision. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions, leading integrations, and guiding cross-functional teams toward technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Design and lead complex Salesforce technical architectures, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions
Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Plan and implement integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, and custom platforms)
Lead DevOps and CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps and Git
Perform technical feasibility checks and recommend enhancements
Mentor and guide developers and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to coding and process standards
Collaborate with QA, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations and apply them to improve system performance

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (strong advantage)
7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 3+ years in a Technical Architect role
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community, and Marketing Cloud
Proven experience in developing with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
Hands-on experience designing and leading complex technical architectures
Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, permissions, Flows, Dashboards, Validations, and Approval Processes
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory
Additional certifications (e.g. Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) – strong advantage
Solid knowledge of CI/CD, security standards, and system design (Azure DevOps – advantage)
Experience with complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft – advantage
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) – required
