VP Product

We’re VC that decided to build its own startup: a next-generation AI companions for adults. The product is at the pre-MVP stage, so you’ll shape both what we ship and how we work.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack market research and competitive teardown.

• Persona & jobs-to-be-done models backed by quantitative surveys and interviews.

• Draft North-Star KPIs; define how every Epic ladder into those numbers.

Definition

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Design, ML, Voice, Backend) to craft end-to-end experience prototypes that we validate with users and later hand to Engineering.

• Document detailed requirements—functional specs, analytics events, and workflows—so engineers can build without ambiguity.

• Prioritize by impact × effort × risk, always referencing data.

Delivery

• Lead sprint rituals; hold squads accountable to story points and KPI targets.

• Define and monitor KPIs continually, using data to spot new growth opportunities.

• Present weekly dashboards and one-slide “traffic-light” KPI status to the CEO; recommend data-backed pivots in real time.

• Maintain availability in a high-pace, always-on environment.

Governance & Evolution

• Age-gate, consent and NSFW-compliance flows.

• Maintain risk register, release go/no-go criteria and incident comms.

• Stay current on generative-AI, UX and platform trends—and inject those learnings into every product iteration.

Requirements:

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
3 + years proven success as a Product Manager driving B2C mobile or conversational-AI products from blank page to launch.
Prior hands-on experience shipping generative-AI products (LLMs, TTS, image, or similar).
Fluency in English and in the language of numbers: cohort tables, p-values, lift charts and ROI models roll off your tongue.
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into crisp product requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries.
Rock-solid organizational chops; you juggle multiple work-streams without dropping balls.
Passion for creating exceptional partner/user experiences and unlocking business growth through strategic integrations.
Media-buying or mass-traffic analytics experience - big plus.
Experience managing a high-throughput web application - big plus.
