Senior Node.js Developer

*Haifa, Israel*

Join a dynamic team working on innovative transport management systems for our *Israeli client*. We are looking for a skilled *Senior Node.js Developer *who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a product that optimizes logistics and streamlines operations for efficient transport solutions.

As a *Senior Node.js Developer,* you will design and build reliable Node. js-based systems that meet project requirements and industry standards.

*Requirements:*
— At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Node.js Developer;
— 5+ years of experience with JavaScript programming language;
— Strong knowledge of API integration concepts, such as RESTful APIs;
— Proficiency in database technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.);
— Experience with AWS Services;
— Fluency in Hebrew is required;
— English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

*Will be plus:*
— Previous experience in a tech lead or team lead role;

*Responsibilities:*
— Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Node.js applications;
— Take part in coding, developing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance;
— Scale numerous components with PM2 across AWS, ensuring the platform's server-side operates seamlessly;
— Take responsibility for a complete platform and cloud infrastructure on a large system using AWS EC2;
— Manage and mentor a team of developers to create a productive work environment;
— Work with other team members to integrate systems and ensure everything runs smoothly;
— Сollaborate with all stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
