Our product suite enables IT Admins to be more proactive and have greater visibility into the digital experience of their users. Most of our customers utilize Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, and/or Microsoft for their virtualization layer. Additionally, we have many customers who utilize IGEL thin clients.

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior QA Manual Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Manual Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues before product release.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Working closely with Product teams from design and requirement phase to a successful delivery
Working side by side with development and automation teams to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, and quality
Owning and leading the all test-related activity and acting as Quality focal point for various stake-holders
Your Experience and Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of professional experience with manual software testing
Experience with Virtualization and end-user computing technologies (VMware, Citrix)
Experience with IT systems (Domains, network, structure, permissions, etc.) and computer networking principles
Experience with API testing (Postman)
Familiarity with Agile delivery and methods
Experience with Linux-based operating systems
Experience with SaaS deployments in AWS/Azure - advantage
Experience with Azure - advantage
Experience with SQL DB and RT systems – advantage
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting language - advantage
Familiarity with Kubernetes – advantage
Familiarity with Splunk – advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills with an innovative and independent approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated commitment, dedication, and ability to work effectively as a team player
