Business Analyst

We are a growing Chareidi technology company in Beitar Illit looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our software team. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning business needs into structured, clear technical requirements — and thrives on working closely with developers, QA, and end users. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our product features are clearly defined, well-documented, and aligned with business goals — from concept through deployment. Requirements: Translate business needs into detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence Conduct data analysis, including data mapping, validation, and insight extraction Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the development team Work alongside developers and QA to support testing and ensure business needs are met Coordinate with U.S.-based stakeholders (1–2 hours of overlap required daily; remote) Support deployment of new features by preparing documentation and helping lead internal or client-facing workshops Participate in client meetings to understand real-world needs and gather feedback Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-team coordination Comfortable working with SQL for data querying and validation Experience using BI tools or working with data visualization platforms Clear communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills Fluent English – must
