About the Role:

AI Security is a new and innovative group within our Crowdstrike Cloud Security Product Group. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to be part of the pioneer engineers, spearheading a new initiative at Crowdstrike.

This role involves providing AI security in customer environments when they are using LLM based AI services.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop an innovative LLM security product focused on performance and accuracy

Interact with ML engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity researchers and product teams, on the AI security and evaluate various security architectures’s efficacy.

Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products.

Brainstorm, define and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams.

Constantly re-evaluate our product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance and stability

Keeping services up and running in a healthy state.

What You'll Need:

Extensive experience with python and proficiency in levargaing LLM’s

Solid understanding of major cloud provider’s LLM foundation models

Understanding of latest AI advancements like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, jailbreaking etc

Knowledge of LLM application architectures

Working experience in researching LLM models’ behaviors

Obsess about learning, and champion the newest technologies & tricks with others, raising the technical IQ of the team

Interested in learning new technologies and programming languages

Passionate about AI, LLMs and staying up to date with latest AI technologies

Ability to work in a startup-like environment with a small fast-moving team

Bonus Points:

Existing exposure to Go, Scala, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch.

Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence fields

Contributions to the open-source community (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blogging)
