An operations department that provides a wide range of solutions and support to company employees in various fields is expanding and is looking for a maintenance manager. .
A core role in the department, which really includes many inside and outside the company, an executive role and various options for combining field work alongside field management.

What you will be doing?

Responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the company's offices, including electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, low voltage, etc. On company premises, in restaurants and kitchens operated by it.
Consulting on various maintenance issues.

Managing various maintenance projects in a variety of areas.

Responding to calls and solving problems in an efficient and service-oriented manner.

Managing diverse interfaces with all employees of the operations department and with subcontractors.

Providing answers, consulting and executing various projects as required by the operations department and other departments in the company.

Your skills and experience

Knowledge and experience working with air conditioning systems, fire detection and extinguishing, entrance door control, various electromechanical systems, electricity, plumbing and low voltage systems - mandatory

Certified Electrician - mandatory

A technical background in a range of maintenance professions including plastering, carpentry, ironing, painting, etc.

Knowledge and experience in machinery such as dishwashers, water purification plants, refrigerators, etc. - a significant advantage.

Proven management skills including managing an annual work plan, budget management, expense tracking, and more

Ability to perform all types of maintenance work in the company's offices (handy man)

High motivation, professionalism, service-oriented approach

Willingness for a full-time position in Jerusalem and availability beyond working hours to respond to urgent cases

Valid driver's license

Safety officer - an advantage.

Full command of Hebrew and technical English.

Familiarity with a computerized work environment, office proficiency.
