As a Cognyter you will:

Join NPI group in Global Operations as NPI product leader, responsible for the line of tactical multidisciplinary products
Matrix work with various internal departments and external subcontractors
Responsibility for NPI project management, engineering processes in Operations, first article inspection and production support
Involvement in product HW and system design, lead design for excellence activities (DFx)
Build and maintain product engineering infrastructure, lead engineering changes and product lifecycle management
Close work with manufacturers along the entire product lifecycle from prototype to mass production, be an expert in all aspects of production setup and processes

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience of 5-10 years in a relevant position in Hi-tech companies
Proven record in leading NPI activities and transition to production of technically complex systems and appliances
Expertise in manufacturing mechanical parts and materials, cables and wiring, electro-mechanical and RF assemblies
Practical knowledge in mechanical CAD tools, proficiency in interpretation of 2D and 3D drawings
Experience in RF engineering, reliability engineering, environmental design and validation
Knowledge in embedded computing platforms, servers, storage, operating systems
Knowledge in AGILE PLM, ORACLE ERP, ORACLE CONFIGURATOR – advantage
