Minimum qualifications:
Experience in business development related to technology and vertical solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managed services).
Experience with Direct Sales, Sales Leadership, Technical Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales with established customer connections in the corresponding region.
Experience translating technology to business propositions, and creating the strategy and Go-To-Market for a vertical solutions portfolio.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing strategic C-Level relationships with business and technology decision makers.
Ability to quickly understand technology solutions and effectively identify how it can provide value to a prospective customer.
Ability to effectively operate within a dynamic and fast-growing company, and adapt to change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre- and post-sales, including proficiency in all aspects of the business cycle and qualifying opportunities.
Demonstrated record of exceeding strategic targets and delivering results.
About the job
The Market Acceleration Team is a new organization that acts as the interface of the Customer Growth Engine team with the field sales organization. As a member of the IL Acceleration and CEE Team, you will work closely with the Country Leadership team to align and drive the end-to-end process of demand generation for vertical and horizontal solutions across all customer segments, including the public sector.
You will be tailoring the EMEA vertical growth plans to quarterly launch plans for Israel, selecting the right scaling activities to support the required ROI for demand generation, progression, and conversion. For the execution of these activities you will coordinate the regional and local deployed solution specialist teams to ensure market traction in Israel. In collaboration with a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders, including the Partner, Marketing, and Sales teams.
In this role, you will showcase thought leadership by identifying and parsing industry trends in solution adoption, customer and field feedback to recommend, plan for, and address core market opportunities with new solutions and Go-To-Market strategies. You will ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable the field sellers. You'll also be owning the pipeline management governance with Israel leadership to review local KPIs, and recommend corrective actions to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

Responsibilities
Develop, align, and coordinate a Go-To-Market strategy for Israel. Land technology solutions for customers to transform their business through Google Cloud Technologies.
Ensure technical and commercial readiness of the solutions for the region. Amplify best practice sharing across regions.
Drive and maximize pipeline and business through focused solution approaches for the customers, and own the solutions adoption scorecard for the region.
Coordinate the regional deployed specialist teams to assess prospects and land technology solutions with major customers.
Identify, parse, and share regional insights on internal and customer feedback, and specific barriers to sales with cross-functional teams to improve existing solutions or supporting new solutions.
