Marketing Site Manager

Lime & Lou a custom home décor and gifting boutique brand is looking for a Marketing Site Manager to join her team.

Your goal is to lead the launch of new products and create the best possible product & category pages, mockups, and customer experience on-site.

This is a full-time position in our Tel Aviv Area offices.

Requirements:

Understanding customer psychological behavior and User Experience logic.
Product page optimization.
Strong attention for details.
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
High-level English

Responsibilities:

Set up of new products in the website's catalog.
Work with designers to create the best possible mockups and photography.
Craft the best marketing titles and description for the new products
Analyze competition, market trends, customer behavior and product potential.
Improve Site Navigation according to internal and market data
Define and improve site’s funnel for users and adjust content to maximize results
Define and execute strategic plans for products to promote
Analyze, adjust and optimize product’s pricing and upsells to improve brand’s AOV
Conduct A/B Testing and personalization for different target audiences

Advantages:

Previous experience in a relevant E-commerce industry
Experience with HTML
