Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Bookkeeper that will handle the following:

Daily cash processes:

Analyze the banks’ balances of ZIM and subsidiaries on daily basis, including bank reconciliations, open balances in all currencies in all bank accounts, bank confirmations as needed and cash ledger maintenance (including bank and sub bank accounts):

Daily cash processes:

Preparing Balance report to Management.
Reconciliation between deferred payments in daily files and various payment systems as Citi direct and Massav
Take active part in cash flow forecasting reports.
Controlling & monitoring all ZIM’ receipts and adjust to the banks’ reports
Monitor commissions & bank fees

Vendor data back up:

Backup for Approving new HO Vendors & Maintain Vendors ongoing banks and other details.

Reporting:

Quarterly closing of books with company’s Comptroller – responsible for bookkeeping and analysis of all Treasury ledgers
Responsible for reporting to Bank of Israel on a quarterly basis.
Preparing payments Report to banks

Systems:

Propose SAP FI solutions and action plans to problems and challenges of system registrations such as Loans, accounting and other departments.
Support and assist in case of payment runs problems

Requirements:

Certified bookkeeper certification- Type 3 - a must
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of SAP- a must
High level of English (Speaking, reading and writing)
Good control in Office tools, Excel in particular
Problem-solving, and communication skills
