Job Description

General Motors Israel (Herzelia) takes a significant part in shaping the autonomous vehicle. We shape the face of the future vehicles in diverse fields by developing cutting edge technologies

Our Software Platform Sensing Group develops the sensors infrastructure of the autonomous vehicle. The group implements key platform software components such as : sensing, camera compression, IPP on real time environment. The software Platform sensing support and responsible of implementing and debug on multiple platforms and OS.

What will you do?

Work on the SW integration of Autonomous Vehicle SW stack
Integrating different SW packages (OS, BSP, 3rd party libraries, applications.) into the embedded platform and into the CI/CD pipeline
Working with different SW teams within GM and external suppliers
Porting and Integration of 3rd party libraries

Installation and deployment of all project platforms

Profiling and debugging of the platform

Developing scripts (Bash, Python) for simplifying the integration & build process.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

B.Sc. of computer, EE or software engineering with

Over 4 years of experience in embedded systems software debugging and profiling

Knowledge of embedded Linux/QNX

Familiarity with CI/CD process

Knowledge in Unit testing and System testing developments

Knowledge of C/C++/ Gtest

What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity of Python

Experience with one or more RPA software tools (e.g., Jsystem , Robotframework, Pytest etc.)
