We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team in one of the largest and modern logistic centers in Israel.

Responsibilities

Lead Information systems project, from business requirements, through process configuration and implementation
Analyze business requirements and translate them into WMS configurations and process improvements
Implement and support WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications, workflows, and integration points with ERP and other enterprise systems
Lead system testing, user training, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of WMS enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, working with vendors and internal IT teams as needed
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GDP, GMP) and data integrity standards

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in WMS implementations within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
Willingness to provide on call support from home for production systems
Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, or similar)
Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or others)
Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in GxP, validation processes, and regulatory compliance is a plus
Ability to perform under pressure, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
