In this role, you will manage critical accounts payable functions and ensure compliance with indirect tax regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records while meeting all regulatory requirements.Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate mannerManage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies and inquiriesMaintain comprehensive accounts payable records and documentationMonitor and ensure compliance with indirect tax obligations, including VAT and other applicable taxesPrepare and file indirect tax returns and reports in accordance with Israeli tax regulationsReconcile accounts payable subledgers and general ledger accounts on a regular basisCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth payment processingAnalyze tax implications of transactions and provide recommendations for tax optimizationMaintain knowledge of current tax laws and regulatory changes affecting the organizationUtilize accounting software and ERP systems to record and track financial transactionsSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanationsIdentify process improvements and implement efficiency measures within the accounts payable functionQualificationsProven experience in accounts payable management and processingStrong knowledge of indirect tax regulations, including VAT and sales tax complianceProficiency with accounting software and ERP systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reportingDemonstrated expertise in financial record-keeping and reconciliationExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of Israeli tax regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality**Preferred Skills:**Experience with tax compliance software and toolsFamiliarity with multi-currency transactions and international tax considerationsBackground in audit support or tax preparationExperience with process automation and workflow optimizationAdditional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
