We are looking for an Experienced R&D Senior Director to join our amazing Platform group.

By joining Yotpo you'll get the opportunity to lead Yotpo's Platform group. The group is leading the Company's efforts to build the best ecommerce marketing platform - from building the foundations of our product lines to developing new and innovative products. As the group leader, you will have full autonomy as you build multidisciplinary teams across different R&D sites and lead complex projects within the critical path of the company.

* This is a full-time position

Your experience:

BSc in computer science or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as a R&D group leader with proven experience managing managers
At least 3 years of experience as a R&D team leader
At least 5-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Experience in managing teams across different R&D sites is an advantage
Proven experience with Java (Spring) development is an advantage
Proven experience with frameworks such as React, Angular or equivalent SPA framework
Experience in a cloud environment & high pace development cycles is an advantage
Highly motivated and with a passion for learning new things
Team player with the capability to utilize any and all resources needed to execute a job.
