Role Overview:

The Digital Strategy Manager will spearhead the development and execution of transformative digital strategies, playing a pivotal role in influencing key stakeholders and driving business innovation. This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic insight, and creative acumen to reshape digital landscapes and impact decision-making at the highest levels. Additionally, the role involves leading professional methodologies and guiding strategy personnel within the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate comprehensive digital customer-centric strategies that align with and advance business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital innovation.
Create compelling comparisons and alternatives to effectively influence C-level decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of digital transformation and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, or PPE (PAKAM)
4+ years of experience in digital / transformation strategy or consulting, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex digital customer-based projects and driving organizational change.
