Global Talent Acquasition Manager

A leading tech start up is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from around the world to meet our clients' diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in different regions.
Build and maintain relationships with different sourcess.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in global talent acquisition role specifcaly with the US market.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
High level spoken and written Hebrew & English- a must, ability to work collaboratively in a global work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
