Executive Assistant

- Act as gate keeper and buffer to the CEO & Chairman in a dynamic office setting

- Arrange and schedule extensive internal and external meetings, often complex and time critical

- Calendar Management which often changes at the last minute

- Set up of conference calls, in-person meetings and team events

- Manage both email and written correspondence

- Develop and maintain relationships with other team members, investors and stakeholders

- Ad hoc research and projects

- General office administration

Fluent English together with a good proficiency in Hebrew is essential

Your CV will evidence experience as an EA ; you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a warm, sunny positive solutions-focused attitude and a good knowledge of computer software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time, 1 day per week WFH

Salary: Up to 18,000 NIS + benefits \*\*\*\*\* DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
