BI System Analyst

*Job Description*:
We are seeking an experienced BI Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced BI solutions. This role involves gathering business requirements, creating technical and business specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Lead DWH solutions, including business needs analysis, modeling, and architecture design.
* Manage end-to-end BI projects (small to medium scale), including planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements and solutions.
* Develop and optimize BI models, reports, and dashboards.
* Mentor developers, support testing processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI solutions.

*Requirements*:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment.
* Strong expertise in DWH methodologies, analysis, and modeling.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Advanced SQL skills (mandatory).
* Experience in BI tools such as Qlik, SAP BO, or Informatica (advantage).
* Familiarity with ETL processes and front-end BI tools.
* Prior experience in project management (advantage).
