The opportunity

This position will be interacting with local stakeholders, site business, and regional IT resources to support the operations and quality functions.

How you’ll spend your day
Manage and support new and existing systems in a pharmaceutical lab.
Oversee IT service delivery and coordinate with local, regional, and global teams.
Participate in on-site IT projects like global ELN and digital initiatives.
Represent IT RD in projects and global initiatives.
Collaborate with IT RD COE team and laboratory stakeholders.
Perform system administration, maintenance, and operational tasks.
Liaise with IT support teams for peripheral equipment.
Implement new releases and upgrades per CSV standards.
Provide end-user support in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Configure PC/system specifications and manage lab builds and backups.
Support SDLC phases for lab systems, ensuring compliance with FDA and GxP guidelines.
Ensure data integrity and support remediation activities.
Execute site/global IT projects and decommission systems as needed.
Provide remote support to other Teva sites.
Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary and global team.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
