We are seeking an experienced Global HR Director to join our global HR team, supporting multiple sites worldwide. This role reports directly to the CHRO and acts as a key partner in building and improving HR processes across the organization. The HR Director will lead a team of HR professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across different locations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR leader, managing HR initiatives across multiple sites in established or growing organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
Experience across multiple HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills in both Hebrew and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on performance management, organizational design, succession planning, and talent retention across all sites.
Define and implement HR initiatives that support the company’s operational and organizational goals. Partner with leadership to address people-related challenges and enhance workforce effectiveness globally.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring alignment with business needs and HR best practices across different locations.
Serve as the CHRO’s right hand in designing and improving HR processes.
Oversee recruitment strategy and processes across all locations, ensuring alignment with business needs. Support internal mobility and career development programs, and supervise promotions to help employees grow and advance within the company.
Champion initiatives that promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and inclusion across all sites.
Analyze HR metrics and trends across locations to provide actionable insights and inform decisions that optimize employee experience and performance.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with local regulations at each site and support a fair, consistent, and engaging work environment globally.
