Costumer Experience Student

Unit description:

ICL Growing Solutions is in the process of revolutionizing its customer experience (CX) program, introducing innovative and best in class digital systems and tool.
We are looking for a highly motivated student for leading the CX training program which includes service workshops and the Service Excellence Training plan for the Customer Service teams.
Another aspect of ICL Growing Solutions strategy is sustainability.
As in the ICL ESG agenda, we continuously improve our products and manufacturing techniques to have a positive effect on our planet.
The student will be responsible also on a project to collect and enrich carbon emissions data from products at one of our production sites.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Working and coordinating with 3rd party’s consultant.
- Coordinating trainings.
- Continuous contact with Customer service teams to make sure all the trainings are scheduled; the facilities are ready, and the workshops take place on time and according to the agreed content.
- Collecting feedback form the team on the training quality, and collaborate with customer service teams and organizational development team to continuously improve and refresh the trainings with relevant topics.
- Managing the process of data collecting and data cleansing to support the full product and raw material data base.
- Making sure all the data owners placing the data on time and fully.
- Working with GPO to collect supplier information in good quality and in time.
- Working with IT to make sure interfaces between the systems are set up and data flows.
- Top user of the new CO2 Emission system.
- On going data supplying related to Product Carbon Footprint to Sales, Marketing and Customers.
- Getting updates on changes in CBAM Regulation or other Carbon footprint regulations.

What are we looking for?
- Student in the 3rd year in a relevant field (e.g., industrial engineering and management, chemical engineering, chemistry, or environmental studies).
- management skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work in dynamic situations.
- Can articulate well in Hebrew and English.
- Basic data analysis skills and extensive knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to coordinate between many factors.
