With an award-winning suite of AI-powered tools trusted by millions, Copyleaks ensures AI governance, empowers responsible AI adoption, safeguards IP, protects intellectual property, and maintains academic integrity with comprehensive AI and plagiarism detection.Copyleaks is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated bookkeeper to join our finance team as a sole bookkeeper.Main Responsibilities:Manage all bookkeeping aspects of the company (Israel & US).Manage the day-to-day company billing and collection activities.Manage and process invoices from vendors.Assist with the Month-End processes, such as reconciliations, prepayments, additional JE, provisions, monthly reports, intercompany charges, etc.Responsible for several bank accounts and credit cards including reconciliation and controls.Review and control reimbursement of employees’ expenses.Responsible for TAX and Authorities reports (i.e, VAT, withholding tax, social security, etc.)Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.Requirements:Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience as a sole bookkeeperHigh level of English (both spoken and written)Experience in a multinational companyExperience working with NetSuite – MustStrong Excel skillsWork in a dynamic environmentCertified payroll accountant – AdvantageCopyleaks is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
