QA Automation Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead and execute comprehensive automation testing processes across large-scale and complex systems. The automation scripts are both for web and native apps (iOS and Android).

The role requires a combination of strong technical capabilities, proven client and team management skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, driving efficiency through automation, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable automation frameworks and testing solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance oversight.
Manage client engagements, including understanding business needs, defining test strategies, and providing regular project updates.
Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD environments to enhance delivery speed and consistency.
Analyze defects and test outcomes to identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
Define and monitor quality metrics and ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end automation testing activities for complex systems and multi-component applications.
Establish QA best practices, methodologies, and automation standards.
Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Maintain clear, detailed documentation of testing processes, environments, and results.
Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation, including framework development and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring QA teams in a professional setting.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirements gathering and project communication.
Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
