Full Stack Developer

Gini Apps is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
End-to-end development of web applications using modern technologies
Collaborating directly with clients and understanding their evolving needs
Working as part of an agile, high-performing development team
Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to technical decisions
Option to lead initiatives or mentor junior developers

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development – must
Strong knowledge of React and Node.js – must
Experience with AI tools or integrating AI into applications – advantage
Proven experience working directly with clients – must
Team leadership or mentoring experience – an advantage
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
