Assistant Controller (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Sodastream is looking for an enthusiastic qualified Assistant Controller to contribute to keep the accounting and financial processes of the Group up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control.

Responsibilities

· Participation in month-end closing procedures and preparation of consolidated financial reports and statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow etc.), monthly, quarterly and annually for presentation to the Company's management.

· Participation in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual results and reporting package to the parent company (PepsiCo)

· Be a hands-on functional expert in accounting and financial reporting related matters who will provide the guidance for various HQ departments and SST markets (subsidiaries) and ensure execution in excellence

· Compile, analyze and monitor the activities and results of the company and its subsidiaries

· Accounting and reporting: maintain accounting procedures and systems necessary to ensure that: (i) accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with USGAAP and the Company’s accounting policies, and (ii) reporting of financial performance is accurate and completed timely. Proactively monitor, interpret and disseminate, as required, all relevant and appropriate accounting issues

· Ensure controls over financial reporting processes are in place and are executed in excellence

· Working with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting and other economic matters

· Work closely with the different PepsiCo financial functions (Control, Tax, Treasury)

· Lead projects related to accounting and financial reporting and partner with the business to assess implications on processes and systems triggered by business initiatives

Requirements:

· Energetic, professional and hardworking Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

· BIG4 alumnus with at least 2 years of experience (experience in Industrial multinational corporations - advantage)

· Experience in preparing financial statements, and consolidated reports according to USGAAP- Advantage

· Full professional proficiency English level

· Knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements and an economic and business understanding

· Excel is at a high level

· High level of Office Suite
