The sales operations role is part of the Global Sales department at Argus, which is the engine for all of our business activities. Our team leads innovative cyber security products & solutions in millions of vehicles around the globe! In this role you will have the opportunity to bring value and make an impact, while working with stakeholders from various departments within Argus, in addition to external interfaces.

Job Description:

Actively support the global sales team in sales activities, proposals and customer documents, customer workshops, visits and presentations
Be accountable for maintaining sales activities in Salesforce and data management
Manage interfaces of the sales team with other departments such as Marketing, legal with a variety of stakeholders
Be responsible for sales and marketing analysis, monitoring leads and conversion rates.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest ways to reduce them, make the sales machine go faster

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a Sales Operations team or a similar position
Hands on experience with Salesforce
Ability to communicate well with all levels within the organization, good interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, good excel proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, quick response and drive to resolutions
Self-managed who can work independently while thinking about the bigger picture of how sales teams can function more efficiently
