Commodity Business Manager

We are looking for a highly talented Commodity Business Manager to join our team and lead PDC supply chain.

Our Group:

Supply chain out of the operation division.

You will be recognized as an expert within the company. Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

What you'll be doing:

Develops, aligns and implements commodity strategies.
Manage all commercial aspects within PDC commodities.
Responsible for setting long term vendor base strategies.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining robust supply chain for PDC products.
Manage all costing aspects including the identify of Cost Reduction opportunities.
Working together with the R&D team on all technology sourcing and costing aspects.

What you should have?

Relevant Technological Knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Physics is an advantage).
Technical experience in that field with vast Purchasing experience in that field.
5+ years’ experience in strategic Suppliers Management.
Strong commercial orientations, communication, negotiation skill and interpersonal skills
High presentations skills.
Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.

Travel – 20%
