Project Manager: Automotive Embedded/FPGA Software

DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to assemble and manage a talented, efficient team.

Responsibilities and tasks include:

Form and lead the project team in a matrix organization, inspiring team members to solve complex problems
Organizing and controlling the project along its pipeline
Making necessary operational decisions to ensure successful achievement of project targets
Becoming an authority on all matters related to the project
Change/Risk management of project
Ability to implement project KPIs on time and at cost
Ensuring project quality according to ISO 16949
REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

6+ years of proven experience in end-to-end project management of large complex projects
Experience in project management of Embedded Software Development
Proven experience in handling Software Project Management tools
Comprehensive grasp of Software Development flow
A great team-player with excellent communication skills
Fluent English

Advantage to those who also have:

Knowledge or understanding of industry standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 16949, ISO 26262
IPMA Certification in Project Management
Experience in FPGA and hardware development
