About The Position

We are looking for a forward-thinking Data Scientist with a passion for Generative AI (GenAI) and emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for those who thrive in rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept (PoC) development, and iterative experimentation. You will work across multiple projects, transforming innovative ideas into practical AI solutions while engaging with clients for feedback and improvement.

Responsibilities

Generative AI Innovation & Research

Design and develop PoCs using cutting-edge AI techniques.
Explore and integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, reinforcement learning, and agent-based AI.
Research and apply the latest AI methodologies for real-world business applications.

Prototyping & Practical Implementation

Work cross-functionally to translate AI research into tangible prototypes.
Balance innovation with real-world scalability and feasibility.
Ensure models are efficient, adaptable, and production-ready.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Present PoCs to clients and iterate based on feedback.
Educate internal teams on emerging AI trends and best practices.

Requirements

4+ years in Data Science, ML, or AI research.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
RAG expertise (retrieval-augmented generation) for AI enhancement.
Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Ability to interpret academic research and apply it in real-world settings.
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

Experience with agent-based AI and multimodal solutions.
Background in developing scalable AI-driven applications.
