Sales Coordinator- Arab Sector

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator That will handle the following:

Handling inquiries

Handling customer inquiries
Handling customer complaints
Distributing information to customers related to shipment tariffs, schedules, new shipment methods, etc.

Back Office

Producing customer activity reports
Handling correctors in coordination with customer service.
Sending price quotes and agreements to parties inside and outside of the organization.
Answering questions of overseas agents.
Coordinating a land transportation price for cargo with the relevant agent.
Managing and coordinating visits of the customer portfolio manager.

Requirements:

Academic education – a must
2-3 years of practical experience in Back Office sales - a must
Master of the Arabic language- a must!
Mastery of the English language
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro-level) and PowerPoint in particular
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
