Position's Scope :

Projects manager

Skills :
Project manager (at least 3 years)
Natural leader
Led and managed complex software development projects involving multidisciplinary SW and HW teams, Multidisciplinary technologies, and interfaces.
Proven project leadership and direction to NPI projects, ensuring alignment with Product needs, project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the projects with the team, fostering continuous improvement of the integration processes.
Education :

Academic degree in a relevant domain (software, electronics, physics, system engineering, bio-medical)

Relevant Experience :
Proven of at least 3 years of experience as a multi-discipline project manager.
Experienced in multiple technologies as an engineer.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-uncertainty environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Team worker.
Broad system view.
Advantage Experience :
Software as a major project management domain.
Experience in Medical Devices including relevant standards, design quality in medical devices, device risk management.
Transfer to production and to service experience
Work in a matrix organisation
