About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and support project execution across our tech and business departments.

This position reports directly to the VP of R&D and involves close, day-to-day collaboration with the R&D leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience who’s passionate about process, structure, and helping teams deliver high-impact results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution
Define and measure KPIs for each project, sharing insights with R&D leadership and proactively addressing challenges
Support end-to-end project planning and execution across departments, ensuring alignment between Product, R&D, and Operations
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track
Maintain and improve project management tools and dashboards for greater visibility and effectiveness
Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance
Deliver clear and concise status updates and presentations to leadership
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to boost productivity and collaboration

Requirements:

1- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Analyst in a tech company
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field – advantage
