The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time.End-to-end responsibility on shipments - from FCST to delivery (finished goods, Raw materials, Machines, and more)Compliance verification - review of shipping documents, ensuring correct data and routings.Creates & maintains a Forecast of volume, freight cost & dutiesIdentify and solve shipping operational problems & issuesEnsure efficiency in deliveries in terms of cost and utilizationMonitor customs payments via the customs portals, verify compliance with the HTS code, and duty ratesRequirements:Industrial engineer / economic degreeImport / Export experience will be an advantageData-oriented, high analytics capabilitiesGood knowledge of Office and mainly Excel tools.Ability to cope & maintain a wide range of data.Thorough, AccurateHigh level of EnglishFamiliarity with ERP systems - an advantage to experience with OracleWillingness to travel abroadSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
