Creative Director - AI & Cinematography Specialist, Prime Video - Content Enrichment

DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an innovative Creative Director with extensive cinematography experience to join our research team focused on advancing AI-driven creative processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional filmmaking and emerging AI technologies, helping shape the future of automated content creation.

Key job responsibilities
- Provide expert creative direction and critical evaluation of AI-generated visual content
- Collaborate with AI researchers to identify and address gaps in current generative AI capabilities
- Guide the development of AI models for improved cinematographic and animation output
- Design and oversee experiments combining traditional filmmaking techniques with AI tools
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies for AI-assisted creative workflows
- Document and present findings to both technical and creative stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in film direction, cinematography, or related visual arts
- Proven track record of successful creative projects and productions
- Deep understanding of cinematographic principles, visual storytelling, and narrative structure
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Kling, Runway)
- Basic programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model tuning
- Working knowledge of software development tools (Git, AWS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced degree in Film, Media Arts, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with LLMs and machine learning frameworks
- Understanding of computer vision principles
- Background in computational creativity or digital arts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Published work or research in AI-assisted creative processes
