About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and help us scale paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid hands-on experience in Google Ads and a passion for data, optimization, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities…

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, creatives, and audiences for maximum ROI
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies
Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting assets
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights based on data
Explore new media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Taboola, Outbrain) and test for performance

Requirements…

1+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (must-have)
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience with other platforms (Meta Ads, Taboola, Outbrain) - big advantage
Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) - advantage
Self-starter with high attention to detail and a performance-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
